The case shows a very small amount in areas due to storage etc. This typewriter is Very Clean and does not appear to have been used very much and was well cared for as the pictures show.

Smith-Corona SCM Galaxie Deluxe Manual Typewriter with Case 1960s-1970s Had a problem with the number one key and the equal key. Both oddly black on the keyboard by the way. The hammers had become detached and I successfully reattached them, but they’re a little sticky probably needs cleaning and lubrication. The letter Y key and @ symbol key do not work and beyond my skillset to fix. One appears bent and the other I am not sure. All other functions seem to work. See pics of typing and underside. This is a good relatively clean specimen for a typewriter enthusiast.
