This was the preferred typewriter of the Luke’s of Hemingway and many more famous writers. It appears to be fully functional although it needs new ink. I also tested it briefly before the ink dried so I cannot say with 100% certainty that it is fully functional.

Vintage (1950's) Royal "Quiet Deluxe" Portable Typewriter in Brown Case. The typewriter is in good condition for its age. There is a ribbon in it, but it will need a new ribbon. The lady I'm selling this for received it when she was 18 years old for a graduation present. It still has the original receipt for the purchase. The manual for the typewriter has been taped together on several of the pages. One of the rubber tips on the bottom of the case is missing. Please look closely at the pictures.
