The typewriter includes the original case and key, and is in very good condition for age with some minor cosmetic wear. All keys are tested and working. I believe this is a model SM3 but please feel free to correct me if I am wrong. Will most likely require a new ribbon. I did not attempt to dust or clean as I did not want to hurt the typewriter, I am not an expert. Will be shipped safely and securely. Thanks!

I'm not sure the exact production date of it. By the web info it is 1934. The typewriter was last used in 1969 judging by the carbon copy papers. It is in pristine condition, no rust, no paint peeling, all super nice as a time capsule. The case has several moving/storage scuffs and scratches as pictured. There is on leather handle as it disintegrated totally. I haven't done any cleaning to the machine not to disturb anything. I'm sure you need to lubricate it etc. I'm sure there is NO other Royal Portable on this planet in this condition. We ship to the continental USA only. No PO box please.

Seial# CR 317926. After extensive research i do believe this to be the #2, Manufactured in 1942 ?. Sold by Sears Roebuck. Butler Bros. All functions work as they should. Keys do not stick. I personally do not know much about this item.

Vintage Remington Bantam portable manual typewriter with original hard case. Function notes: Keys move and typebars operate. Carriage moves. Ribbon spools and ribbon advance appear present. I cleaned the platen and paper feed rollers. Known issue: Paper feed is inconsistent. Paper will start feeding, but does not always pull all the way through without light manual assistance. Sold as a repair project or for parts due to this feed issue. Cosmetic condition: Excellent used condition. Case shows scuffs, edge wear, and handle wear. Serial number is shown in photos.
