Vintage Used 1957 Olympia SM3 De Luxe Typewriter West Germany & Case Gray with reddish brown or dark maroon keys. Was stored in a basement and does have some rusting evidence on some springs and brackets along with the case hinges. Has some discoloration in the paint that might come out but didn’t try to clean it too heavily. Does type and appear to work. No keys appeared to stick upon quick inspection but would need a full service and new ribbon before use. Good for servicing, repair, or parts for another machine. For parts or repair, i am not an expert with typewriters, currently when the space bar is hit it does not move the carriage, back space works. in one of the last three pictures it shows a small hook on a string that's not connected to something, i am unsure where it goes or what it does, all of the keys swing the letter arm up top when hit, may be an easy fix or something im missing, one arm to hold paper is missing as shown in pictures, also it appears some inscribe there name on the side also shown in one of the last three pictures.
