Original Corona Typewriter Model 3 folding portable, manufactured circa 1916–1921 with patent dates through February 1917. Includes the original folding hard case with handle. Typewriter is functional: keys strike, carriage advances, spacing, backspace, and shift/FIG keys all operate. Some keys stick intermittently due to age and will benefit from cleaning. No restoration or disassembly has been attempted. Ribbon is present but likely dry. All components appear complete. Normal cosmetic wear consistent with age, including wear to the case exterior. Up for sale is a really nice Vintage Smith-Corona Clipper Portable Manual Typewriter. It is from 1959, I think, based on the serial number (5C-480115). The color is Taupe, with white keys. No noted issues mechanically! All the keys work! It does have a little surface rust on the inside catch where it connects clips onto the case. Any questions at all, please do not hesitate to ask!
