This one is pretty cool because it has theGerman alphabet, which includes the "umlaut" and "eszett" keys. Made in Germany. This typewriter is clean and in excellent condition. No dust inside. Has been kept in its case.

Circa 1942 - 46 Corona Professional Portable Typewriter manufactured by L. C. Smith and Corona Typewriters Inc. in the 1940s. This model features the classic gloss black finish with brass accents and rounded pre-war body style.

This machine is fitted with a script typeface. The type produces a flowing cursive style rather than standard block print, which is shown clearly in the type sample photos. Script font Smith-Coronas are less common than standard pica models.

Very nice gray textured matte finish with a very nice gray key board. Graphics are good. The serial number is AG 2074379. Original platen, paper feed, ribbon feed, new ribbon, margin release, back space, magic margin, bell are all good.

1938 Royal KMM Fully Functional Vintage Desktop Typewriter Tested - working The video you see I had to use a toothbrush to hit the keys hard enough to make them go all the way forward. The * key is broken. All other keys work. Needs a good tune up and cleaning.
