This receiver powers on. I have not gone beyond that in terms of testing. There really are just too many inputs for me to handle. That’s also part of the reason why I am not keeping it. The original owner is deceased, and my understanding is that this unit was plugged in and in use . If it is somehow dead on arrival, please let me know immediately, and we will work it out. It is a very heavy unit.
