There is a delightful dedication inside the front cover from presumably, students, to a loved teacher or house mother at Christmas (misspelled “boarders”? there’s a story there…!) The text block is fairly solid, no pages missing or torn. There is tanning and foxing to nearly every page, typical of an aged book.
