Complete guide of nearly 1500 pages to domestic family medicine at the time of publication. Illustrated with black and white diagrams, as well as pop out color graphics. Very high quality for time of publication. Very minimal ware considering it's age (see pictures of scuffs and and small tear on outside binding). Interior is in excellent condition with clean pages and no markings. Dimensions of book are approximately 10" x 7 1/2" x 4 1/2"
