It has been serviced. The work done is as follows The deck works great now and sounds good as well. Wow & flutter isn't the best I've heard, but it's low enough to not be noticeable in most cases.

Very nice Pioneer cassette deck. The unit has very little scuffs or scratches. It plays very well with various tape types. It is equipped with Dolby noise reduction. It has the B and C options as well as Metal and Cr02 tape noise filters. As you can see in the photo, both channels are working properly. If you want to go back in time and play those old recorded tapes this unit will fill the bill. Or if you want to record new music, this will work as well.
