Pretty good physical condition overall. The item shows signs of usage, including scratches and some minor blemishes. Selling as is for parts/repair because it needs to be serviced. Function buttons work, but as seen in video, the unit is not playing correctly. It looks like the auto direction on the tape head is getting stuck when rotating causing it to stop and then start playing in the original direction it was. This is happening for both decks. Attempted to test it. When powered on, the light behind the cassette comes on, but the level meters and timer don't turn on. Pushing play when a tape is inserted doesn't do anything. Needs repair. Unit has some wear. A small edit button on the right side of the unit is missing. There is a crack in the plastic above where the tape is inserted (seen on pic #3), but the plastic piece underneath the tape is intact. It will be packed well when shipped.
