Unit is pre owned and in good condition. Its just 3 screws to mount it. No remote included. I test the HDMI with an Amazon Fire Stick and with a regular HDMI cable. The fire stick was a little too big to fit in the space and get a connection, so I would use just a regular HDMI cord to hook up to the tv (I hope that makes sense).
