Offered here is this Antique Roos Sweetheart Cedar Chest. The chest is in particularly good condition, although I am unsure of its exact age. It has the original labels inside. It does not have any trays, only one main, large compartment. It does have some light surface scratches and wear from general use, but no major damage or gouges. It has beautiful grain, some carved accent details, and is designed in a way that the grain of different sections runs in different directions, which gives it a uniquely beautiful look. It was made by the Roos Company in Illinois, and has a partial original label on the bottom, which has the serial number. The chest is 18.5” tall, 44” long, 19” wide, and 11” deep when the lid is open. It is made to lock, however, there is not a key with it.
