This was produced between 1920 and 1946 and is evidenced by the stamp on the bottom. Research indicates that the W references the year 1942 and the 11 for November. For being that old, it looks terrific. There is no question that Syracuse China produced quality products. It does have a little white dot on the top of the handle which appears to be a part of the manufacturing process. I hope I look that good when I'm 83 years old!

The plate was produced by O.P. Co. The plate is white with black art and a black ring around the circumference. The black ring is a tiny spot of white near the bottom (see pictures). Otherwise, the plate has minor wear.
