After quite a bit of research, I have determined that this is not and I repeat not the Allendale pattern. The marking on the back of the plate signifies it is much older than the Allendale pattern. If you look at the underglaze designs, this pattern is 53305/53306. The handles look like it is part of the Puritan shape which was manufactured from 1903 to 1915. The Allendale pattern was manufactured under the federal pattern from 1938 through 1969.

Beautiful hard to find gravy boat from OP Co Syracuse China. This is the Gardena pattern, it blue flowers with pink centers, rust berries and green leaves around both the boat and the underplate and there is a flower with berries and leaves in the bottom of the boat. The underplate is about 7-3/4" diameter, it is just under 3-1/2" tall. The stamp says GARDENA COPYRIGHTED 1915 O.P. CO. SYRACUS/CHINA. This boat does have some fading of color and loss of paint, there are a few stains but does still have life left and displays nicely. Thanks for looking! L2
