The Spool Has a Mounting Bracket that you may or may not want to utilize. Included are the 3 mounting bolts & Nuts. The 3 Washers were between the Spool & the Bracket. (see Pictures). NOTE: One of the Aluminum "Handle Bracket" that surrounds the Plunger & bolts on the Front of the Spool, has a piece of the Tab that Broke Off, But There still seems to be plenty of the Tab Left to Hold the Handle Bracket in Place (see pictures).
