I am 90% sure it is a large short. I am 5’9 135 pounds and normally wear a medium. It fits me fine on the legs and by height but is pretty loose on the chest area. Also, the neoprene seemed pretty old when I wore it and it leaked some water in through the groin area. Still a useable suit and would be fine in probably low 60s and up.
