WORKS, But There is what looks like "bubbling spots" on the front face panel all along the top, and spots/areas that have discoloration on the top of the VCR Panel (View pics). There is also a scratch on the front panel where it says "VHS" (View pics).

VCR was working fine then I rewound a tape and it made a noise and tried to eat it. Now it'll take a tape and fast forward and rewind it but when you play it will not work or display anything.
