Unit is tested and it works as it should. The remote control also is working. Remote will not include batteries. There are some light marks on the top of the unit from where I had the AV cable sitting. I wiped them a little bit and they are still there. You may be able to use a cleaner on them and remove them completely. They are not bad and can be seen in the one picture. Listing includes VCR, remote and AV cable.
