Very close to the original fit. This fits the pillar style foot mounts on Underwood Desktop No.5, 4 and 3 models. Very sturdy and durable, great grip, and no scuff marks on the table. Basically if your old foot mount looks similar this one will fit.

Serial # A - 796563 Based on my research, the "Quiet" model was one of the very first Quiet De Luxe models. It has embossed logos which appear to be unlike all of the others I've seen that use decals. I tested it, and it works, however a few of the typebars were sticking a bit. It likely needs to be cleaned and adjusted.
