Vintage Antique 1900s Underwood Elliott Typewriter Large Wooden Shipping Crate in solid condition. The crate does show signs of its age with some loss of wood and insect holes which only adds to the Patina of the very old box. The crate has graphics/letting on both ends and the bottom. The graphics are upside down when the opening is up. Very solid with not rot. The crate measures 19” x 17” x 11 1/4”. Combine this purchase with one of my Underwood typewriters and I’ll do my best to combine the shipping.

Beautiful typewriter. Example of quality of type in pictures. Don’t know much about typewriters but I can hit buttons and it makes letters. The ribbon looks just as vintage as the typewriter. From research it looks like a five but that is just what Google and I came up with.

Adler J5 Manual typewriters are one of the best heavy-duty machines around. Guessing around 1972. The case had split at the bottom so we added hinges and now works like a charm. Our father passed recently leaving 400+typewriters.
