There are no flaws to this typewriter. Nicely functioning and smooth operation. This never got much use after the initial buy and use. The rubber feet are still very nice. It does need a new ribbon.

NOTE: Pics #8 and #9 show what appears as a hairline crack on the inside of both corners of the case it isn't clear thru to the other side. I tested it there are 3 keys that are sticky, otherwise works fine.

I'm not sure the exact production date of it. By the web info it is 1934. The typewriter was last used in 1969 judging by the carbon copy papers. It is in pristine condition, no rust, no paint peeling, all super nice as a time capsule. The case has several moving/storage scuffs and scratches as pictured. There is on leather handle as it disintegrated totally. I haven't done any cleaning to the machine not to disturb anything. I'm sure you need to lubricate it etc. I'm sure there is NO other Royal Portable on this planet in this condition. We ship to the continental USA only. No PO box please.
