Screen like new since it had had screen protector and has been in case since opened new. Back does have scratches from the case (see images). Due to this being a first generation iPad and only able to run off of dated software, mini apps do not run or are out of date. Apple Music, Apple calendar, messages and other Apple apps run great. However, apps like YouTube in Disney+ do not run for the software is outdated. This would be great for a dedicated music player or Calendar or messaging device. Does come with case as shown in images and pre installed screen protector. The device will be factory reset before shipped out. Charger not included.
