Singer HD 4423 heavy duty sewing machine. This singer heavy duty sewing machine appears to be brand new, but has some issue. When depressing pedal or turning the knob manually it makes a ratcheting noise and seems to be slipping in gearbox. I am not a sewing machine guy, so I can't be any more specific than that.
