Fully working vintage Yamaha R-9 receiver from the mid 1980’s. 125 WPC. The first 35 watts can be run in Class A mode. This monster will drive any speaker you throw at it. Complete with the factory original remote contr and the lid that covers the controls is present and unbroken (another rarity with these). Being Yamaha, the sound profile is very neutral (but far from “sterile”). You will hear the imperfections of substandard recordings (and equipment) if it exists. This is a highly regarded receiver and great for vinyl and CD’s! Last two photos are from the Internet to show the front and back in slightly better quality.
