I bought this brand new in the crate. And got it out downloaded the software. But never had time to figure out settings etc. there is a brand new print head that will come with the purchase. So this is literally brand new. You may have to flush ink or something I’m not really sure. Sold unused as is because I don’t much lnowledge about dtf or printers. We will send the software as well.
