Model 501, notice at the bottom of the catalog page from the early 1900s. "Vituose" as decribed in the other book as one of their "Fine" violins. Very nice instrument. Lovely clear, rich, sweet sound. Even across the strings. Very nicely crafted instrument judging by the care taken inside. Has properly cleated repairs as shown.
