Unit has been powered on which it does but no further testing was done as I don't have the means to. From what I see it seems to be missing the knobs to turn the effects but they still spin. The blue LED's may be missing some lights from what I can see as well. Besides that I tried pressing any button to turn any lights on and that's how it looked in the photos.
