This is a math book from pre computer days. It is a quaint book that teaches Junior High School and High School boys and girls how much things cost and also how to measure them. How much it costs to run a freight train, how much it cost to raise chickens. How long it took to Stamp Out yellow fever, how to measure Lumber for a building. It's a fascinating book of a bygone time. The pages have yellowed with age, as has the text block. The first several pages have a wrinkled pattern which I have attempted to catch in a photograph. It does not interfere with the use of the book at all. The Binding is tight, and the cover is lightly scuffed. See photos for detail
