the buttons work, it turns on, and it plays music. The only problem is when it’s not plugged in it turns off. It’s most likely a battery issue. You can also have the usb charger I bought for the nw hd3. It should be able to transfer music and charge at the same time. It’s a beautiful player I hope someone can fix it the charging issue to see it work again.
