This item was purchased second hand so although it displays “Refurbished” it was not purchased that way by myself. It does work properly in all ways I was able to test it with audio and video playback. It comes with all accessories needed to get started including a case, headphones, rca connection cables, a/c plug, car plug, cassette adapter, and usb cable. It also comes with manual and software. Based off the website it has a 20gb storage and is capable of recording video and playback on the tv. There is no external speaker but the headphones do work, although one earbud is missing the rubber part. Please refer to photos for any further info
