This is a Nvidia Quadro FX 4500 I took from a Dell Precision 490 workstation. It has been tested and it works well. I disassembled the card and wiped the old thermal paste off because it was dried out. I also cleaned out the dust from the fan. It uses a six pin power connector and it has two DVI ports and one S video port. Thanks :).
