Powers on and BIOS is accessible, but is locked with an administrator password. Therefore, I am not able to change boot sequence to install on an HD. This machine was pulled from an office refresh and administrator password was not given or cleared. Tried clearing with CMOS battery but did not work. According to Dell, there is a chipset inside motherboard to reset it but I don’t see it inside. 10 year old machine and Overall in great condition. Pictures are of actual item. No HD included.
