This is the camera only. It does not come with charger, batteries, or tapes. Canon ES9400v camcorder is tested and mostly working. Power was tested by using a universal ac adapter set to 9v. I have tested the video recording using some of my own tapes and found no issues with recording video. Playback on the camcorder worked without issue. The AV out on the camcorder does not work properly and had to be held at an angle to get a signal. S-video output worked without issues but you lose audio output since s-video will only output video. The lens cover does not stay on the lens.
