Camcorder has been tested and works great! Records well and plays back without any problems. Camera does have a small chip on top of the camera. Minimal scratches on the screen. Comes with everything in photos - manual (with old owners name), 2 batteries (unsure how long they last or if they hold charge), power supply, av cables, case and 2 DVD discs.
