For parts. It powers on but does a variety of partial functions. Sometimes the screen does not show anything on it. Sometimes it is on but there doesn't seem to be the correct mixing happening in the pans. I suspect a belt or something needs to be replaced. As I moved the device, a lot of shattered old plastic pieces of something came out. I'm not sure what that is. Sold as is.
