This is a retired Silpada necklace, French Cabaret N2190. It has a double blue/grey neck cord with two sections of sterling silver chain with dangling flat disks and three quartz and pearls on each side. It has a large 1 1/2" long rose quartz octagon shaped pendant bezel set in sterling with a big round sterling bail.
