Used. Good condition. No cable (had turned the original into a mirror tap). Mount with suction cups is included. I purchased this back in 2020 and use it throughout California without issues (primarily Ka and X band). The only downside I'd say is because its older that it doesnt have the ability to mute specific frequencies.
