It has 14 different character puppets that work with a wire rod and strings like a semi-marionette. Also included is another carrying case with the theater parts and 4 changes of scenery. I didn't pull them all out for photos because I was afraid I wouldn't be able fit them all back in so look over the picture on the front to get an idea.
