It has 4 adjustable Shelves, I.V. Pole and swivel caster wheels. All 4 of the shelves are stable and level. The I.V. Pole is in excellent condition as well and can easily be adjusted up and down. The shelves can be adjusted to different heights on the cart. There is also a push handle attached to the cart. The wheels are swivel casters with a 4" diameter, 2 of which have a locking mechanism. This helps the cart to be easily moved as well as to hold stationary when needed.
