He wears the traditional fancy Colonial attire w Tri-corner Tricorn hat - his hand has the original hole in which to place a little silk flag on wooden stick (it did not survive). Made of porcelain bisque and hand painted in soft blush pink w 14K gold detailing - really lovely.
