All 45s are in Excellent to Near Mint Shape. ( Most in Near Mint ) Will only come with an original picture sleeve if it is noted in the title as PS. If it comes with a picture sleeve, it will be in Good shape, but may have folds or wrinkles. If it does have a picture sleeve in worse shape, I will throw it in as an extra..
