Samsung DVD-V4600A DVD Player VCR Combo Dual Deck - complete with original remote control, manual, AV cables, and a new sealed VHS tape. The VHS player works, but the DVD player does not. It doesn’t want to read discs. The disc says loading and goes to the home screen, but that is as far as it would go. The VCR is fully tested and works as it should.
