Oversized hardcover….11.25” x 8.75”, apprx. 6-8 lbs., 2.5” thick. Loaded with fantastic and explicit illustrations. 951 pages, good binding. Has had a spine repair. Overall, the pages are in good condition…. no marks, folds…a hint of tone here and there. Pages 632,3,4 are creased. There’s a pic of them. They could be flattened. The exterior has corner bumps, worn spine cover ends, and worn, scuffed boards. There’s some spotting on the text block edge. Overall in fair condition. The spine and syphilis sections are long, well illustrated, and engrossing. A birth defect section is also very good.
