Does NOT include power supply, The frame edge has some marks and wear from being moved and stored but the actual screen still has its original protector on it and the frame has not been used. Still in new condition, just without box or papers and with some wear as seen in the photos. Please see all photos for the exact condition of the frame. Works excellent without issue.
