Although it doesn't say this might be either a C Crane or SANGEAN Portable AM/FM/TV Weather Alert CC Radio Plus ....sale includes a power cord ....this can run on 4 D batteries not included... everything tested working on this except I did not and could not test the battery charging jack and the LED lamp jack and the line out and whatever the Jack that is above the line out not tested.
