The VHS tape, cleaning brush, cleaning tool, and die holder wrench is new. There is a slight to a normal amount of wear and tear/scratches for the age of the machine, along with the paperwork being worn and there are MINOR CRACKS ON THE PUSHER (appears to be from when the manufacturer inserted the rod (remains sturdy)).
