My friend in Midland, TX picked these seeds off the mother palm in the picture look at that fat trunk!! The community pot I started from these had 100% germination!!! Get them while they’re fresh. This filifera survived palmageddon a few years back and definitely has some hardiness in its genes. Solid in zone 8b, good in 8a and worth trying in a warm zone 7b in a protected spot. You’re buying 20 fresh seeds, I always throw in some extras.
