It does turn on and eventually does read discs after 2 minutes of sitting on the main menu, I tried cleaning the laser but still takes two minutes to load the game. So it does work fine just super slow and I assume needs a new laser or full drive. It’s also super clean on the inside like brand new. Feel free to ask any questions
