Sony CD Walkman Portable Compact Disc Player ESP MAX with Car Kit (D-E356CK/C) Open Box. While the CD player may have been used, it is very clean and works as it should. All of the accessories except for the headphones look like they were not used. The black foam has deteriorated on the headphones and is mostly gone on one side. I think it was opened, started to be set up, and then got put back in the packaging never to be used again.
