Harry Swindell was born in Chelmorton in 1907. His poems re ord a changing pattern of life in the Peak countryside, a commentary on local events, the seasons and personal experience. This lot contains the published book Poems from the Peak and two brochure publications The Bottom of the Barrel and Just as I remembered. All are signed by Harry. The lot also includes an order of service for Harry's funeral, he sadly passed away on 4th October 2001
