These are Illinois state surplus radios. I have tested several of these with charged batteries and they all powered up and worked. I haven’t tested every single one as I have 200 total in stock. No batteries included with these. I have 5 of these lots of 40 available so appearance will vary slightly with scratches and wear and stickers on the radios.
