Sharp VL-E76OU Viewcam works when dc output cable is attached and plugged into power source. Batteries will not charge enough to fully test working condition on battery power only. Comes with AC adapter/battery charger, DC output cable, infrared remote control (untested), shoulder strap, instruction manual. Unit is in good condition externally.
